UNITED

UNITED is a celebration of America’s founding documents, brought to life through the voices of diverse U.S. Citizens from across the nation. In this unique series, all creeds, colors, generations and genders read as one voice the “Declaration of Independence”, the “Constitution of the United States”, & the “Bill of Rights”. Our 238 years makes us the youngest nation developing an integrate trade and economic class system where the oligarchy used language in 1787 that included “We the people” which did not include all of us then. However, it does include the language that will bring this goal to life as we continue to find our way from the class division into a true republic union of “We the People” including all genders, race & creeds.  We are not the same but all are equal in our creation as we learn to love and embrace rather than conquer and enslave, including re-membering the conquered indigenous people. Our Constitution requires a republican form of government for all states but does not mention democracy and neither does the Declaration of Independence nor the Bill of Rights. A measure of society is how it treats its most vulnerable. Only together as one nation under God will we survive, a house divided falls, united we stand. Let’s educate ourselves to what was written and share that with the world instead of small bites of propaganda that controls the narrative. Expand our attention span and our knowledge with what our forefathers really wrote and how the financial “least of us” who are the majority can turn the tides to true life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!
